Welcome to 100things (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and 100things regarding the use of our services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using the App. By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

1.1 Service Content 100things is an application that helps users record, track, and achieve their 100 life dreams. We provide the following services: - Create and manage dream lists - Set sub-goals and progress for dreams - Share public dreams with other users - View and like others' dreams 1.2 Service Changes We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of our services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

2.1 Subscription Plans The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans: - Monthly Subscription (Pro Monthly): $2.99 USD per month - Annual Subscription (Pro Yearly): $19.99 USD per year 2.2 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. 2.3 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which subscription benefits will no longer be available. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period. To cancel: Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select the subscription for this App, and cancel. 2.4 Free Trial If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. If you do not wish to be charged, please cancel before the trial period ends. 2.5 Price Changes We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period, and we will notify you in advance. If you do not agree to the new pricing, please cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

3.1 Registration Requirements - You must be at least 13 years old to register and use this App - You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information when registering - Each user may only register one account 3.2 Account Security - You are responsible for safeguarding your account password - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account - Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use 3.3 Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following situations: - Violation of any terms of this Agreement - Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities - Long-term inactive accounts

When using this App, you agree not to: 4.1 Content Restrictions - Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content - Post false, misleading, or deceptive information - Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity 4.2 Technical Restrictions - Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts - Use automated tools to collect data in bulk - Upload files containing viruses or malicious code - Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of services 4.3 Commercial Restrictions - Use services for commercial purposes without permission - Resell or transfer your account

5.1 Content Ownership You retain ownership of all content you create (dreams, descriptions, comments, etc.). 5.2 Content License By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your public content for operating and promoting our services. 5.3 Content Responsibility - You are solely responsible for the content you post - We do not pre-screen user content - We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies 5.4 Content Backup We do not guarantee backup of your content. We recommend keeping your own copies of important content.

6.1 Our Rights All intellectual property rights in the App (including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, text) belong to us or have been legally licensed. 6.2 Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. 6.3 Prohibited Actions You may not: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App - Reverse engineer the App - Remove any copyright or trademark notices

This App may contain links to or integration with third-party services (such as Weibo, QQ login). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8.1 Service Provided "As Is" This App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 8.2 No Guarantee We do not guarantee that: - The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free - Results will be accurate or reliable - Any errors will be corrected 8.3 Risk Assumption Your use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption - Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: - Your use of the App - Your violation of this Agreement - Your infringement of others' rights

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified agreements will be posted on this page. Significant changes will be notified through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement. If you do not agree to the modifications, please stop using the App.

12.1 Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. 12.2 Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction in our location.

13.1 Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this App. 13.2 Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. 13.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 13.4 Assignment You may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
